Why a fish trattoria? "In all honesty: why not? We are from the region and want to create a place where South Italian dining culture is combined with exciting, global food ideas. We certainly don’t want to be another generic, faceless chain store. A place where diners like to laugh and feel welcome. The atmosphere of such an eatery in days gone by.

Of a holiday by the Mediterranean, heaving harbour market halls and direct contact with the fisherman. But also an eatery where waiting times are short thanks to super efficient preparation. We think both are key to offer true quality." Alex and Peter

Once upon a fish

"We mainly work with fresh ingredients as the third generation of the family. My grandfather began with farm eggs and today we mainly provide restaurants and hotels with a variety of foodstuffs. We also like to eat out ourselves. Not just in the evenings, when we have more time, but while we’re at work too. Then we mostly look for something good, with an atmosphere, that is fast, fun and yet simple. That's why we offer fish, seafood, vegetable bowls and classics such as fritto misto."
